I mean, his special ability is picking up on people’s tics that indicate they’re lying. He kinda reminded me of Saul Goodman with his tactics they’re dishonest, but you can’t deny that he’s got swagger and he gets the results.Ĥ) Apollo Justice: He needs guidance but for the most part, I like his no-bullshit attitude and keen eye. Just off the top of my head, the “excited utterance” and “state of mind” exceptions would tie in nicely with Athena’s ability.ģ) Hobo Phoenix: He did use falsified evidence but I saw more of a lawyer mentality with this version of Phoenix. I just took an evidence law class and trust me when I say that being able to read the emotions behind people’s words would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL when it comes to hearsay exceptions. Also, he reported on Phoenix using falsified evidence, that gets immediate respect from me. Side note, it’s both a little sad and hilarious that the most realistic prosecutor/lawyer happens to be the rock superstar.Ģ) Athena Cykes: I’m giving Athena this high of a rank solely because of her ability to read people’s emotions. I know that the court is supposed to be adversarial, but the defense and prosecution still have to be able to work with each other, especially since they’re arguing over the same facts, evidence, and witnesses. 1) Klavier Gavin: Shout-out to Klavier for being the one prosecutor who tried to stay honest and work with the defense.
